  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • Washington, D.C.
  • U.S. territories where available through our shipping partners

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes if the selected carrier does not support delivery to those addresses.

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping provider.

  • We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  3. Contact the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

11. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated on our website.
